This tour was so fun! We loved our crew and the boat was well maintained. We were greeted with drinks and a snack, and immediately set out to see the beautiful rock formations. Our staff worked diligently to make sure that we all always had a drink in hand. We loved getting to hop out to snorkel, and out lunch was fresh and delicious. We were also loving the throwback tunes! It got pretty breezy out, so our ride back was a little choppy and wet, but it was honestly the most fun part! So exhilarating! The professional photos that the staff took turned out great, and we had to purchase. This was definitely one of the best things we did in Cabo!

Cabo adventures is a large tour operator which has its perks and drawbacks. We were picked up on time in a clean bus that made about 4 more stops to pick up others going on different tours through the same company. You then go to a central gathering spot (their dolphin adventure dome) to check in and be separated into groups based on the tour. Our boat had about 16 people which was probably the maximum to feel comfortable in. This is labeled as a luxury sailing day trip and the beginning did feel very luxurious; mimosas as we took off and a delicious snack box that included shrimp and guacamole. There was a photographer on board who took your pictures (you could buy them later at the end of the tour). This is a nice feature for those who want it but for people like myself who prefer relaxation, not so much. The view of lands end is only from the sea of Cortez side and doesn’t actually take you around the arch. The small boats you can rent at the marina are better for that. After seeing he arch (about 5 min there), we were taken to another area for snorkel/paddle boarding. Things that can be improved here; some information regarding the area/lands end would be nice. Finally lunch was less than “luxurious” it was pasta salad, tuna salad, ceviche, Cesar salad and fruit. Honestly if we could’ve gotten the snack boxes we received in the beginning it would’ve been much nicer. Finally after lunch we were able to actually sail back and that was an amazing experience. Once back on land they tel you to go to a building to look at the pictures they took and for shuttle information. We arrived at 4 pm. When we asked about the shuttle back to the hotel, we were told it would come at 5 to the dolphins adventure dome. Once we arrived at the dome they said it would actually come at 6. Some may enjoy walking around the area after the tour but we were sticky and sun burned from the ocean and wanted to go back to our hotel. Ultimately we took an Uber on our own dime and went back to the hotel. Please do not advertise shuttle to and from hotel if you make people wait 2 hours after heir tour to take them back to their hotel. Smaller companies and other tours I’ve been on are always ready and present st the end of the tour to take you back. This was not the case here and felt deceptive.

We really enjoyed our trip. The crew, food and booze was great. We stopped at a really good place for snorkeling. Our return trip was with full sails and incredibly excillerating!

It was a little chilly but we had a great time! The "sailing" back to the marina was the highlight, how beautiful! The water was a little choppy on the day we went snorkeling, no ones fault there, so it was somewhat difficult. But on the way back, we saw stingrays jumping out of the water and 2 whales! Amazing! We never felt rushed so we were able to enjoy every minute.Worth every penny, especially when we saw other boats crowded with people, not the case on this cruise!

Would not recommend to those who suffer from motion sickness! Otherwise, this was a great excursion and the service is excellent. Booking with Cabo Adventures is the way to go. Would highly recommend the Sea of Cortez Cruise they offer!

Great adventure. Food and drink on board was just right. The captain, 1st mate and photographer made us feel right a home. My wife and I took the 10 am cruise. It arrives back at 2 pm. This cruise company only runs shuttles back to all hotels at 2, 4, and 6 pm. You will not make the 2 pm shuttle so bring some to do some shopping in the area or throw back a drink or two. No need for any special sun screen where we snorkeled. Also no need to bring a towel they provided a nice big one or extra clothes everything you wear will dry quickly in the sun and with the wind on the boat. As an added bonus the captain went out of his way when a whale was spotted going out and coming back, a great extra at no additional cost! Everyone on board said that they would happily go on the cruise again!
