We very much enjoyed this walking tour of the 4 walls in Jerusalem. Our tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgable and you can tell he really likes being a tour guide. He gave us great information and advised us through dress codes and cultural norms we may not have been use to. I would highly recommend this tour

The walking tour was great. However, the tour manager collected the personal property from customers that she deemed objectional within the Old City. This property, in our case a camera stick, was never returned. The manager was absent from the conclusion of our tour.

This tour was a good introduction to all of the important holy sites in Jerusalem. Our guide Paul did a good job of covering the itinerary for the most part, but he was a bit aloof and didn't want to engage with us beyond what was required of him. The lunch spot we stopped at was excellent and we learned a good deal. Overall, it's still worth taking the tour to cover the important sites and get additional information that you wouldn't get without a guide.

Tour didn't start till 11am which is too late on a hot day. The Spanish version of the tour alongside us made it hard too listen, as did the overly large group.
We couldn't visit Temple Mount as it was Ramadan so it shut by 11am, which we should have been told before the tour when we could have chosen to cancel.
We did see several sites, we got an overview of parts of Jerusalem, it was probably worth doing, but it was a hot sweaty 4 hours.

Good overview of the Old City. Lunch was pricey and not worth the money. If you are looking to hit the major sites of the Old City and get a basic familiarization, this tour is for you. If you want a more in depth or personal tour, this is not the tour for you.

I had a great time on this tour and couldn't be happier with the guide, pace and coverage of the tour. Would highly recommend.

She is very knowledgeable and kept us really engaged and interacting as a group. She is also very caring and watched out for us. I almost forgot my jacket. She noticed I wasn't wearing it and went back into the restaurant to get it before I even saw that it was missing. She is really exceptional.

Overall this was a very good tour. Our guide was well-prepared, knowledgeable, and personable. She did an excellent job of tying together the Jewish, Christian, and Muslim histories of Jerusalem.

The one issue with the trip was that there were simply too many of us, and it was next to impossible to
keep us together. 15 people should have been the limit, rather than the close to 30 of us that there were. I got separated from the group for about 20 min. at one point. Also, our guide should have carried a flag or other obvious symbol for us to follow. Her plain navy blue umbrella was far from unique in the Old City yesterday! Also, the tour participants should have been given bright colored caps. Other tour groups in the Old City yesterday were wearing such caps, and were led by flag-bearing guides.

Our guide Hila as very pleasant, knowledgeable and objective. She made our tour informative and memorable.
