From there, enjoy a view of the Jordan Valley where Jesus was baptized.

You will then visit the Baptism Site (In Arabic named: El-Maghtas) on the Jordan River that is one of the most important sites for the Christians where John the Baptist lived and Jesus was baptized. The tour was fine, the coordination was seriously unprofessional. Our guide and driver were amazing but they were hired subcontracted, I guess the day before the tour actually took place and they had no idea where the tour was for. They were paid for only 3 hours even though the tour was supposed to be 6. We ended up paying them another 30 more to show us more stuff than what was listed in the tour description so it was a great day, but whoever Viator used seriously screwed up. Additionally the original tour guide kept calling my phone in the middle of the night US pacific time and not leaving a message I only realized that when I recognized the phone number later. They then tried to contact me using Facebook instead of using Viator messages again, I didn't recognize their name so didn't realize this until later. Finally they did send a message through Viator asking if I was still planning on going on the tour and when I responded, they didn't send a response to me. I probably won't use Viator again.
